Estimates and changes
Information based on photos or descriptions may change when the actual items, volume, weight, access, or material type differs.
Customer responsibilities
The customer must have authority to approve removal, identify items that stay, disclose access limits, and avoid placing prohibited or unsafe materials in the load.
Property access
Building rules, elevator reservations, parking permission, gate access, and loading approvals are the customer’s responsibility unless the team agrees otherwise in writing.
