1. Show the items
Send a wide photo of each room or zone plus close photos of unusually heavy, fragile, or awkward pieces.
2. Explain the route
Include stairs, elevator reservations, tight turns, gates, parking, and the distance from the items to the loading point.
3. Separate exclusions
Identify paint, chemicals, fuel, batteries, refrigerant appliances, unknown liquids, and other materials that may need a different disposal route.
